Compass Project Logo

Compass Project

The Compass Project CIC (2012) was established by a dedicated team of passionate individuals with firsthand experience of addiction and recovery. Their sincere aim is to assist others dealing with addiction and mental health issues, helping them reconnect with society and regain independent living, free from the burdens of active addiction.

They are an award-winning social enterprise and have helped hundreds of participants since opening to gain important skills, build confidence, and enter the mainstream employment market. Many participants have gone on to support other projects, taking the Compass Spirit of giving everyone many chances to succeed in life out into wider society. We are building further on the principle of keeping what we have by giving it away. Compass, with its partners inside and outside the Group, continues to keep the spirit of compassion and personal responsibility alive as the cornerstone of any successful recovery journey.
